My Doctor is a clinic queue management app designed for use by clinic compounders and doctors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

📦 Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the app:

• Google Account Information — your name, email address, and profile photo, collected when you sign in with Google.
• Doctor/Clinic Name — a custom name you set inside the app.
• Queue Data — the current patient number and session status (active/inactive).
• Subscription Status — trial start date, subscription status, and payment dates.
• Device Information — basic device data used for app functionality (no personal identifiers).

🔧 How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you securely via Google Sign-In.
• To display the correct doctor name and queue number on the patient-facing screen.
• To manage your subscription and trial period.
• To sync queue data in real time across devices using Firebase.
• To improve app performance and fix issues.

☁️ Firebase & Google Services

My Doctor uses the following Google/Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication — for secure Google login.
• Cloud Firestore — to store and sync queue data in real time.
• Firebase Hosting — to host the patient-facing queue display web page.

💳 Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. My Doctor does not store your card details, UPI ID, or any payment credentials. All payment data is handled securely by Razorpay.

🔗 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

The only data visible to others is the current patient number and doctor name, which are intentionally public so patients can view the queue on the display page.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Firestore security rules ensure only authenticated doctors can modify their own data.
• We use Firebase's built-in security infrastructure.

🧒 Children's Privacy

My Doctor is intended for use by healthcare professionals (doctors and compounders) only. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

✏️ Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Update your doctor name at any time inside the app.
• Sign out at any time, which ends your session.
